Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that Rule               
24(b) of the Uniform Rules be suspended for the following:                     
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 58 am                                                         
"An Act restricting the use of the title `industrial hygienist' and           
related titles and initials."                                                  
                                                                               
Representative Navarre objected.                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall Rule 24(b) of the Uniform Rules be
